Specter Scans hosts fan translations of manhwa and webtoons. All rights to the original works belong to their respective authors and publishers. We respect copyright and respond to valid takedown requests promptly.

Filing a takedown notice

If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act for one) and want a work removed, email contact@specterscans.com with the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on https://specterscans.com where the material appears.
• Your contact information (name, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Once we receive a complete notice we remove the affected content, usually within a few days. If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
